Our client is an international market leader in global express services, currently looking for a high caliber candidate to be posted as:
Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Handle Financial Accounting, Treasury and Tax.
2. Manage a department of 18 people with 3 direct reports.
3. Manage cash distribution within 17 branches in Indonesia (indirectly managing around 15 finance assistants throughout Indonesia).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor level from a high quality University institution.
2. At least 3 years of experience with one of the 4 public accountants.
3. Preferably CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
4. Financial Accounting, Treasury and Tax experience.
5. Preferable from Logistics/ Distribution/ Transport.
6. At least 3 years of experience with a multinational company, preferably the last employer (need to have experience with international reporting within multinational and multinational integrity standards).
7. Strong analytical skills.
8. Very good english verbal/ written skills.
9. A very good people manager, with experience in change manangement situations (coaching/ motivating people) and focus on creating process efficiencies (reducing workload).
