MICROWAVE SUPPORT ENGINEER

MICROWAVE SUPPORT ENGINEER

Requirement for Microwave support engineer:
  • Bachelor/Master´s degree in Electrical/Telecomm unicationsor equivalent with at least 3year experiences in mobile/consumer/ wireless industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge both in microwave elements and microwave equipment.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
  • Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Proactive, responsible and well organized.
Responsibilities for Microwave support engineer:
  • Provide engineering technical support for microwave transmission maintenance project.
  • Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.
  • Provide high level technical training to customer and commissioning workers
  • Develop technical competencies for transmission solution daily maintenance and provide technical support to regional maintenance team.
  • Administration Assitant
Responsibility
  1. Handle for Car Management
  2. Supporting departmental office activities
  3. Support engineer duration account: calculate expatriates working period and registration for expatriate
  4. Expatriate overseas allowance account
  5. Fixed asset Management
  6. Other administration work
Requirement

1. Education:min. Diploma (D-3) Degree major in administration, management or related discipline.
2. Basic:
· Proficiency in English is a must, and literate in basic computer skill
· Mandarin language active for read & write.
3. General:
· Strong customer service mind and sense of responsibility.
· Excellent ability to analyze, judge and coordinate among departments.
· Excellent ability to organize, plan and implement.
· Good knowledge intelecommunication , good experience of technical support service in telecommunication system.
· Good at management skill.
· Like to work in details
· Pleasant personalities
