Resposibilities:

a. Menyusun program kerja & anggaran Kantor Cabang.

b. Mengelola produk-produk perkreditan dan jasa sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan, termasuk kegiatan yang mencakup :

d. Mengelola dan mengkoordinasikan kegiatan operasional dan non operasional sehari-hari yang ada di bawahnya, termasuk kegiatan yang mencakup :

1. Pengecekan terus-menerus agar kondisi dan kecepatan kerja terpelihara sesuai dengan standard operating prosedure (SOP).

2. Memonitor tata cara pelayanan nasabah khususnya untuk nasabah-nasabah utama.

3. Memonitor bidang-bidang yang beresiko tinggi untuk menyakinkan bahwa kekayaan koperasi selalu terjaga dan resiko selalu dapat dihindarkan.

4. Mengambil langkah-langkah penangkalan yang dilakukan untuk mencegah kebobolan dan penyalahgunaan bidang operasional.

e. Mengawasi efisiensi dan efektifitas operasional sehari-hari dan bilamana perlu mengambil tindakan korektif.

f. Mengecek terus-menerus apakah kecepatan dan kondisi kerja terpelihara secara standar operating prosedure (SOP).

g. Mengecek secara terus-menerus apakah prioritas pelayanan kepada nasabah utama senantiasa diberikan dan apakah motifasi kerja yang tinggi senantiasa terpelihara.

h. Meneliti/menyusun laporan secara periodik baik laporan harian, mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya dan atau secara insidentil sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

i. Melihat, memilih, mengawasi, menetapkan sasaran, motivasi, memberi penghargaan dan mengevaluasi performasi bawahan langsung.

j. Meningkatkan prestasi kerja bawahan melalui pendidikan dan pembinaan untuk memenuhi syarat standar pada unit tersebut.

k. Membuat ukuran performansi dan sasaran setiap unit dan setiap bawahan serta memantau perkembangan dan mengambil tindakan korektif bila diperlukan.

EMERGENCY & CRISIS MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Education: Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major in a recognized university.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a similar role preferably in multinational companies.
  2. 15 years+ total working experiences on mining and oil & gas industry with preferably the last 5 years in a role closely related to this position.
  3. Civilian background (not a military/police background) but good working knowledge on strategic security, safety and crisis management.
  4. Good communication and presentation skills including report writing skills - English is mandatory.
  5. Mastery in networking & liaising with industrial security forum, security advisory providers, formal/informal community leaders, Security Authority & Government officers, NGOs.
  6. Strong ability to work independently at remote area, as well as part of a team.
  7. Willing to be based in shared offices i.e. Jakarta Head Office and Balikpapan as centre of company operations and be frequently travelled to project sites.

GSM Network Peformance & Optimization Engineer:
(Jakarta & Balikpapan Based)
Requirement for performance engineer:
  • Bachelor/Master´s degree in Electrical/Telecomm unicationsor equivalent with at least 1year experiences in mobile/consumer/ wireless industry.
  • Requires proven technical performance and related tools.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
  • Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to multi task will be a strong plus.

Responsibilities for performance engineer:
  • Performance Reporting (Daily, Weekly & Monthly);
  • Tier 2 NOC Based RF Performance Monitoring and Optimization;
  • Performance Management - Performance Monitoring and Capacity Monitoring;
  • Estimate future development and provide network plan to meet traffic capacity requirements
  • Study system parameter and optimize them for better system performance
  • Network Performance and Capacity Monitoring, Reporting and Analysis;
  • Propose Recommendation for Network Performance;
  • Performance Assessment and optimization;
  • Assist Budgeting and Forecasting Network Expansion and Operations;
  • Assist with the Network Monitoring Engineer to monitor the network Performance;
  • Submit the Abnormal performance report to RF Planning and optimization Engineer.
  • Monitor Network Utilization and Propose Recommendation for Capacity Solution.
