Vacancy Project Manager, Lead Process Engineer

Our Client, is an leading Asian Energy company it is a bright star in the Indonesia energy sector, URGENTLY looking for the perfect individual to fill the following position in their project site.

1) Project Manager (Expatriate and Local)

Qualification:

Shall be fluent in English Language, Have a recognized Engineering Degree At least 12 years Experience in Marine Construction Industry including a sound appreciation of start-up and operation of oil and gas facilities Responsible for the administration of all aspects of the contract including: safety, training, engineering, cost, performance (workmanship, productivity, quality) manpower selection, qualification, and management, maintenance of contract documentation, drawings and records Shall be specifically experienced in sucessfully executing offshore gas compression retrofits on live platform with minimum shutdown and high safety standard

2) Lead Process Engineer (Expatriate and Local)

Qualification:

Shall hold recognized degree in Chemical Engineering Have minimum 10 years experience in the offshore oil and gas industry of which the last 3 years must have been in a supervisory role.
Experience in Process simulation of physical fluids properties Detailed knowledge of phase behavior, equation of state, phase envelopes of gas and oil components (Cl- C6 and C7+) H2, CO2
H2S, H20; C7 + characterization Steady state and dynamic computer simulation of the process
Steady state computer simulation of multiphase flow through sub sea pipeline Design of appropriate system computer system to meet the required throughput Development of process/utility flow diagrams, heat & material balances, P&IDs and process criteria data for system:

Oil Separation and Dehydration
Gas Dehydration (Glycol Injection/regenerat ion) and conditioning (hydrocarbon dew point control)
Gas Compression
Sales gas metering
Utilities
Performing process studies (such as: corrosion, hydrate, radiation, blow down)
Have experience in the relevant International Standards and Codes of Practice normally used in the oil and gas industry
Shall have appreciation of:

Safety Aspect of design HAZID, HAZOP, and risk analysis techniques
piping, vessel fabrication, erection and testing procedures
material selection for different process and enviromental conditions
quality assurance and control requirements of the design process
